We are delighted to invite you to join this prestigious international conference, taking place from July 7th to 9th, 2025, in the historic and vibrant city of Seville, Spain. Registration Policy and Instructions

Early-bird registrations are accepted up until May 30th, 2025 (23:59).

  • Each paper presented at the conference must have at least one registration formalised by one of its authors.
  • Each paper must be registered before 20th June 2025 to facilitate the organisation of the conference.
  • If an author is involved in more than one paper, it is possible to register a maximum of two papers under a single registration, provided that both papers are affiliated with the same university or research group. Important: it is necessary to indicate the identifier of both papers during the registration process.
  • If you are registering as a PhD student, you must send a scanned copy of a valid student document (registration document, valid student card, etc.) at the latest one week after registration to: plm2025@us.es

Cancellation and refund policy

If you have to cancel the registration before or on 20th June 2025, providing that you are not the author registered for a paper (main conference or workshops), you will receive 70% of the registration fee back. Cancellations are not possible after that date. The registered person can however be replaced without penalties until a week before the conference. In this case, please contact the local organizer as soon as possible at plm2025@us.es. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
